Michael Mercado has been a life long resident of the Northwest Suburbs.  Growing up in a real estate family of six in Park Ridge, Michael developed the passion and experience in the industry.  After graduating from Ball State University, Michael worked in various sales and marketing positions but knew real estate was his true calling.  He has an intimate awareness of the surrounding neighborhoods and communities that makes the northwest suburbs one of the most desired locations to live, in all of Chicagoland.  Having gone through the home buying process for the first time 10 years ago, he understands this is an exciting and emotional time for buyers.  Michael knows each client is unique and prides himself on taking the time to understand each clients goals for finding the perfect home or representing in the sale. Michael has lived in the Des Plaines/Mount Prospect area for the past 10 years with his wife and 2 lively children and is an active volunteer with his children’s schools.
