Recently my wife and I bought a home in Mount Prospect, with help from Picket Fence Realty and in particular, Megan Campbell. We have moved multiple times in the last few years, and have worked with (or attempted to work with) over a half dozen realtors. We have never had as positive an experience as we did working with Megan.

Prior to meeting Megan my wife and I had wondered if we would find a good realtor. We had gone threw three other realtors in a matter of two weeks. They didn’t return phone calls, tried to get us to adjust our price limit, and didn’t listen to what we wanted. Frustrated beyond belief, we tried to navigate the market without a realtor. We quickly realized we did not have the time or patience to do so. Driving thru the Mount Prospect area on a Sunday afternoon we passed Picket Fence Realty. At my wifes suggestion we stopped in to see if they had any listings matching our criteria, and met Megan. Within 30 minutes of meeting Megan that first time we were on our way to look at three properties. Within the next 10 days we looked at almost 20 additional properties. Two days later, 12 days after meeting Megan, our offer was accepted on our dream home.

Megan was available at any time for us to view homes or ask questions. If we left her a message or sent her an email she always responded immediately. When we had doubts or concerns about a property she was understanding and forthright. If we were excited about a property, she would be sure to point out what did and didn’t match our criteria. Overall, she made a process that can be difficult and confusing easy to understand and enjoyable.
